Great location close to a lovely city with beautiful views and amazing historic structures. the staff was friendly and attentive, and our room was clean and comfy. the food was also nice and tasty.
The fact that the hotel was understaffed, which resulted in long waiting times for services and queries. the Wi-Fi was not reliable in certain areas, which made it inconvenient to stay connected and access important information.

Staying at this hotel was a dream come true. the luxurious amenities were above and beyond our expectations. We were blown away by the exclusive room advantages that made our stay perfect. the hotel's private facilities and location advantages added to the overall experience. the service was exceptional and staff were very accommodating to our every need.
The only minor issue we found was that some of the furniture in our room was slightly outdated.

Gorgeous views from the room overlooking the castle grounds and patio area. Beautifully decorated rooms with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms.- Friendly and attentive staff who provided excellent service throughout our stay.
The room lacked adequate lighting, especially for getting ready and applying makeup. There was a lack of full-length mirrors in the room, which was inconvenient.

The location of the hotel is stunning, with beautiful grounds and a castle that gives a real sense of royalty. the rooms are quaint and comfortable, offering great views of the surrounding estate. the staff provide excellent service and ensure that every need is taken care of.
There were some hiccups during the wedding ceremony, with small issues that could have been avoided.
